Build Your Financial Skills at Your Own Pace

Our programs run from September 2025 through March 2026, giving you the flexibility to learn when it suits your schedule. We've designed everything around how real people actually absorb information about budget surplus management.

Different People Learn Differently

Some folks need to see spreadsheets and work through examples. Others prefer listening to case studies or discussing scenarios with peers. We stopped pretending everyone learns the same way years ago. Now we build programs that adapt to what actually works for you.

You'll start with a quick assessment—nothing scary, just 15 minutes of questions that help us understand your current knowledge and preferred learning style. From there, your path gets tailored. If you already understand cash flow basics but need help with investment allocation, you won't sit through introductory modules. That just wastes everyone's time.

Visual Learning

Charts, diagrams, and interactive dashboards that show exactly where your surplus can go

Practical Exercises

Group Discussions

People Come From All Sorts of Backgrounds

We've worked with retail managers, healthcare administrators, tech startup founders—anyone who suddenly found themselves managing more money than they're used to. Their starting points were completely different. So were their goals.

Hospitality Operations

I run three restaurants in Brisbane. When we had our first genuinely profitable year in 2024, I honestly didn't know what to do with the extra funds. The program helped me think through expansion versus investment—concrete strategies, not just theory. Ended up splitting the surplus between equipment upgrades and a diversified portfolio.

Medical Practice Administrator

Our clinic had budget surplus for the first time in years. I needed to understand tax implications, long-term planning, and how to present options to our board. The program gave me the vocabulary and confidence to have those conversations professionally. Plus, the case studies were actually relevant to healthcare contexts.

Choose How You Want to Learn

We run three intake periods across the year. Pick the schedule that actually fits your life, not the other way around. Classes starting September, November 2025, and January 2026.

Evening Sessions

Two evenings per week, 7-9pm AEST. Most popular with people who work standard business hours. Sessions are recorded if you miss one.

Daytime Intensive

One full day per week, 9am-5pm. Works well if you have Fridays off or irregular schedules. Lunch break included, obviously.

Self-Paced Online

Access all materials anytime. Complete modules when it suits you. Join monthly group calls for questions and discussion.

What Makes Our Approach Different

1

Real Budget Examples

We use actual anonymized client scenarios. You'll see what worked, what didn't, and why certain decisions made sense in context.

2

Ongoing Access

Program graduates can return to updated materials and attend refresher sessions. Financial regulations change—your knowledge should too.

3

Industry-Specific Modules

Restaurants have different surplus management needs than medical practices. We acknowledge that instead of pretending one size fits all.

4

Peer Learning Groups

Get matched with 4-5 other participants in similar situations. Some of the best insights come from people solving the same problems you are.

Next Programs Start Soon

September 2025 enrollment opens in June. Spaces are limited to 30 participants per session—we've found that's the sweet spot for quality interaction without overwhelming the instructors. Get in touch if you want details about curriculum, pricing, or what past participants thought.
